Vietnam veteran Wade served four years in the U.S. Navy. He is a Life Member of VFW Post #7377 and member of The American Legion and the Military Order of Cootie. Comrade Wade has served as Post, County, District and immediate past-Department Commander of Pennsylvania. Achievements include five-time All-State Post Commander, District 26 Veteran of the Year and four-time National Aide-de-Camp. He is very active assisting veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan to transition back into civilian life and working with the VA Health system toward suicide prevention.
