Vice President
Stensland is a veteran of the United States Army and served in Korea
from 1965-1966. Stensland also served in Vietnam from April
1967 until he was wounded in October 1967 and medically retired
in 1969.
Stensland
joined the VFW in 1970. He became a life member of VFW Post
#23 in 1986 where he served as Post Commander from 1987-1989.
In 2002, Stensland became the Department of Pennsylvania National
Home Chairman, a position he held for two years.
He
is a life member of the Disabled American Veterans LebCo Chapter
81 and a life member of the Military Order of the Purple Heart Tri-County
Chapter 1983.
Stensland
was elected Vice President to the Board of Trustees on October 27, 2007. He is a member of all Board Committes by vitue of office. Previosly he had served on the Public Relations/Communications Committee of the Board.
