Sister
Dorothy Verrill is a member of the Cass County Ladies Auxiliary
#4409. Her eligibility is based on the sevice of her husband,
Philip Verrill, a twenty-five year veteran. As a Life Member
of the Ladies Auxiliary, Sister Verrill has held all offices on
the local and district levels as well as serving as Department National
Home Chairman for two years. Verrill became a member of the
Military Order of the Cootie in 1985 where she also served in all
local and Grand offices. Verrill is currently serving as the
Grand National Home Chairman, as well as National Home Chairman
for her District and local Auxiliary.
Verrill
has visited the National Home many times while her son and grandsons
were residents in the Single Parent Family Program. During
this time, she became very interested in the ways the National Home
is helping children and families.
She
is currently Chairman of the Program Committee of the Board and
serves on the Public Relations/Communications Committee.
